Current Opportunities

Consultant (Entry Level): Consultants oversee the basic operations of the Division of IT's Computing Sites. Duties include providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with a wide variety of questions ranging from software to site hours, escalating problems and helping with special projects as they may arise. The ideal candidate would be friendly, willing to learn and be familiar with a computer. Previous experience in customer service or computer support is desired. Consultants are required to work a minimum of 12 hours a week.
