The ResTech program works closely with Residential Life to support your information technology needs. ResTech offers free in-room support for:
  • Computer problems
  • Software questions
  • General troubleshooting issues
  • Telephone/voicemail problems
  • Cable TV problems

Office hours enable you to get walk-up support with a ResTech — no appointment necessary. Click to see the office hours in your Residence hall.

ResTech Training

Small groups of residence hall students? Want to learn more about an application? The ResTech program offers free custom training. Just complete the ResTech training request form. A ResTech will contact you via e-mail or phone within two business days.
